Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers have the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original seals, tags, and packaging intact.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is defective or damaged, as verified by the store.

\n

In the event of a manufacturing defect or clear damage, the customer has the right to choose between exchanging the product or receiving a full refund.

\n

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed, had tags or security seals removed, or have been used or altered in any way.

\n

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return or exchange requests.

\n

If the return or exchange is due to a personal reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the product is defective or damaged, the store will cover the shipping cost.

All return and exchange processes must be coordinated through our official communication channels. Any products sent without prior coordination will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage Responsibility

Responsibility for product condition during shipping lies with the approved shipping company (e.g., SMSA, Aramex).

\n

If the product is received damaged, the customer must document the damage (photos or video) and contact HeyBaby Store within 24 hours of receiving the order.

\n

The store will file a claim with the shipping company and follow the necessary compensation procedures.

\n

The customer must retain the original packaging and product as received to facilitate the claim process.

\n

Processing and Legal Rights

Return and exchange requests are processed within 14 business days from the date the request is accepted.

\n

HeyBaby Store adheres to all applicable Saudi regulations and consumer protection laws and reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities to protect the rights of all parties.

Customers have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate governmental authorities if they believe their consumer rights have not been respected.
